What LCSS did
The eldest daughter, who is 17 years old, experiences emotional-disturbance due to her father’s offenses on her.  She is currently being attended to by a professional counsellor referred by FOC.  We also engaged a professional tutor to assist her with her Secondary Three education, which she is repeating this year.
Second son, aged 14, displays violence symptoms at home and could not come to terms with his father’s offenses mentioned above.  He is currently receiving professional counselling from another family service centre.
The youngest son, aged 8, without Birth Certificate, and had no pre-school education.  With our assistance, he has been issued with a Birth Certificate and will be able to enroll straight to Primary Two in the coming academic year.  With the help of a befriender (a volunteer), he is able to recognize simple English words and can solve simple Mathematical sums.  We also help get a phonics teacher to expedite his learning progress.  In our last June outing, he was able to visit Sentosa for the first time in his life.  Lately, child diagnosed of long-sightedness and we intend to make a pair of spectacles for him.
